He often serves as an advisor to individuals and referring professionals navigating complex and high-sensitivity situations, helping align clients with appropriate services.
Mr. Novak currently serves in a senior leadership role within the national behavioral healthcare space, where he works with treatment programs, health systems, and clinical professionals to expand access to mental health care. He has extensive experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families navigating complex mental health and legal challenges.
Mr. Novak provides guidance and coordination during critical decision-making periods, often identifying complex needs early and facilitating appropriate legal and clinical pathways.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Novak has held senior leadership and advisory positions across multiple national treatment organizations. He is also a Co-Founder of a collaborative, technology-driven platform designed to help families and professionals navigate care options through a verified and relationship-driven network.
Mr. Novak has been actively involved in national nonprofit organizations throughout his career, contributing to the advancement of ethical standards and best practices within the behavioral healthcare field.
Mr. Novak earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. His approach is grounded in discretion, integrity, and ensuring clients are connected with the right resources from the outset.
